Ritual Chocolate (Denver, CO)

The first bean-to-bar chocolate products in Colorado, Ritual Chocolate is hand crafted, start to finish, by owners/founders Anna and Robbie in their Denver production facility. The genetics, terroir and post-harvesting practices of the carefully selected raw cocoa beans used in Ritual Chocolate set the foundation for its unique flavors. Named for the regions from which the cocoa beans are sourced, each handcrafted (and hand-wrapped) bar is enhanced only by organic cane sugar and aged for several weeks to balance the flavor.
