MythBusters Exhibition to be hosted by the Denver Museum of Nature & Science

MythBusters Exhibition to be hosted by the Denver Museum of Nature & Science

Can you really huff and puff and blow a house down? Can you swing from a suspended phone book? Don’t try this at home– try it this fall at the Denver Museum of Nature & Science– where you will become a MythBuster and test out these theories at MythBusters: The Explosive Exhibition! Try hands-on experiments, watch live MythBusting demonstrations, and explore authentic props and gadgets direct from the MythBusters set.  The exhibit opens at The Denver Museum of Science & Nature on Friday, October 11. Here’s a little more about what to expect.

Blueprint Room—Based on the real-life operations room of the iconic MythBusters set, this room  shows an introduction to MythBusting and is filled with gadgets, props and videos.

The Workshop—This is where you can turn into investigators and use science to test myths. Discover whether you get more wet running versus walking in the rain and find out if toast really does always land buttered-side down.

Live MythBusters Demonstration Stage—Participate in a live science demonstration that dissects myths with the help of a team of energetic MythBusting facilitators.
