Capitol Hill Mansion Bed & BreakfastCapitol Hill Mansion B&B

A stay at the Capitol Hill Mansion Bed & Breakfast means sleeping in one of Denver’s most historic and elegant homes. Built in 1891, this ruby sandstone mansion keeps up with the times without erasing history. Inside the three story urban inn, you will find original stained glass and woodwork, keeping the integrity of the Romanesque style home alive.

All 8 rooms are all uniquely decorated with both Victorian and antique touches. Suites are available, as well as rooms with hot tubs, balconies and Jacuzzis. Find onsite parking as well as nightly wine service.

The owner, Carl, and his daughter Bailey serve breakfast from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Sip local gourmet coffee while Carl whips up the days speciliaty. The menu changes daily and showcases his passion for versatility in cooking. Instead of simple scrambled eggs and potatoes that can be found at so many bed & breakfasts, Carl pushes creativity and aims towards a brunch style main entrée. An example menu item includes rosemary chicken with goat cheese egg soufflé. Capitol Hill Mansion Bed & Breakfast rosemary chicken with goat cheese egg soufflé

Yep. There is a reason that after 500 reviews on TripAdvisor, they are still #1 in Denver. Bailey and Carl are committed. Follow their twitter feed to see what you would be eating for breakfast if you were royalty.
