Zeppelin Team Create “The Source” in Rino District

What is now a graffitied warehouse circa 1880 in the River North Neighborhood will soon be booming with 15 Colorado businesses all under the same roof. Father and son developers, Mickey and Kyle Zeppelin, are behind the artisan culinary marketplace named “The Source.”

The 26,000 square foot warehouse will transfrom to a bustling artisan market opening in June.

You may recognize the Zeppelin name from the TAXI Development, which is also in the RINO District. The two transformed a former yellow cab headquarters to a lively community filled with offices spaces, a daycare, an organic restaurant and hip living spaces. The two show no signs of stopping when it comes to revitalizing the RINO District.

Inside the source you will find two restaurants, a brewery, a specialty food and cheese purveyor, a bakery, a distillery showroom and bar, a coffee roaster and coffee bar. “The Source will be an entirely new experience for Denver’s culinary enthusiasts,” says Kyle Zeppelin. “We’re providing an inspiring home to some of the state’s and nation’s most innovative – and proven — food artisans who are excited to introduce their craft to the city in an environment that is transparent, inviting, and collaborative.”
