Colorado is home to yet another fun fitness event, the RX Dash N Bash. On October 5th at Sports Authority Stadium get ready for the ultimate partner workout adventure! Participants will run 2 miles through 5 crossfit inspired stations that will bring them back to one’s gym class days: participants will push, pull, lift, jump, squat and burpee their way to muscle burning glory.
Regardless of participant’s athletic background, the course will test strength, agility, power and endurance to be tested. So get your sneakers on and start moving!
