Celebrate Fashion in Cherry Creek North Unveils Latest Trends

Not even rain could stop Cherry Creek North’s Celebrate Fashion from taking the runway. The event, held October 18 at the  JW Marriott in Cherry Creek, was delayed by the Colorado floods last month. Swapping out the outdoors for a ballroom, the event still managed to show a packed house what’s coming in the fashion season. Over the course of the evening, the latest fashion and trends from 14 boutiques in Cherry Creek North dazzled the runway. Men looked sleeked in suits from Jos. A. Bank and women in clothing that included Calypso St. Barth, Alicia and Beyond9. Some fashions we could be seeing more of this year include fur, sparkles, floppy winter friendly hats and lots of leather. And kids put smiles across everyone’s faces in the adorable looks from Little Me’s and Young Colors.

The event also showed off speciality cocktails and some of the culinary flavors from area restaurants- including Bombay Clay Oven, Patxi’s Pizza, Piatti, Second Home Kitchen + Bar, and So Perfect Eats.

The well attended event raised money for the Denver Health Foundation, the fundraising arm of the Denver Health Medical Center, which supports patient care, medical research, equipment and professional education.
