The hotel is near Los Angles, Malibu and Santa Barbara and only a short drive to plenty of other recreational activities, for hiking or biking head to Malibu Creek State Park or the Santa Monica Recreation Area. The Pacific Tennis Club and a Jack Nicklaus designed golf course at Sherwood Lake are also close by. Surf, play volleyball or walk the shores at Zuma Beach.
