Friday Night Yoga Club Kicks off Season
Friday Night Yoga Club is ready to warm up the winter in Boulder & Denver with the start of the 2013 season. Each Friday, Yogis come together at a different studio to bend, stretch and breathe alongside live music and other festivities. The first event kicked off Friday, January 11 at Kindness Yoga’s South Broadway location. FNYC Boulder launched their second season the same evening at Shine Restaurant.
Three Reasons to check out a FNYC Class:
- Mix-up Your Routine. You will have the chance to check out a new studio at each event along with new instructors that will invigorate and expand your yoga practice.
- Meet fellow Yoginis. Chances are you will meet some fantastic people along the way.
- Give Back. 10% of net profits benefits local non-profits including the Chanda Plan Foundation and the Give Back Yoga Foundation.A spectacular Friday Night Yoga Club featuring Denise Cook, Hilary Savitri teaching to the musical talents of Dave Springer and Dakini Ma at the Temple
Experience the energy! The party starts at 7:00 and runs till 10:00. Festivities and healthy food follow after about 90 minutes of yoga. Tickets are $20/advance; $25 at door on a space available basis. Schedule, registration and all details are available at www.fridaynightyogaclub.com.
Live Music with Yoga? I dig.
I went to Friday’s Event at Kindess at must say– it rocks!!
And just so happens I will be in Boulder next Fri! I have tried the Denver one. I didn’t know Boulder also had a series. I’m there!
Cool idea. I like the idea of a different type of Friday night. Some girlfriends and I were looking for something besides happy hour. We will have to check it out!
I have heard this is an awesome event! I agree, I think it’s a great way to experience new studios and teachers.
