Germany Heads to Denver for 44th Annual Oktoberfest
Returning for its 44th year, Oktoberfest Denver brings everlasting tradition. Denver’s edition is one of the country’s biggest and longest running traditions. The six-day event will fill the streets of Denver with more than 500,000 people starting Friday September 27th.
“Oktoberfest Denver has been a staple in Denver since 1969,” said Jeff Suffolk, president of event company, Human Movement Management. “We’ve added in our own little twist while keeping originality with Oktoberfest Denver. What better way to get people together than food, beer and good music.”
This year’s events promise to be the best ones yet. Expect German inspired dishes, beer, music and Stein Hoisting competitions. To get a workout in, sign up for the DasHustlehoff 5k on Saturday, September 28, where runners pay tribute to beach babe, David Hasselhoff .
