Mile High Business Alliance and Imbibe Denver Present Hoofin It
Denver restaurants and residents are incredibly passionate about responsibly raised animals and eating local. Hoofin It, a collaborative creation by Heroes Like Us, Mile High Business Alliance and Imbibe Denver, is a five night farm-to-table guided culinary tour through five Denver neighborhoods featuring a different hoofed animal each evening. Attendees will walk from each restaurant to the next as part of the event’s active and exploratory nature. Hoofin It will take place every night from Aug. 17 through Aug. 21.
“As restaurant owners we are committed to serving food that’s responsibly sourced from humane ranchers,” said Jensen Cummings, founder of Heroes Like Us. “Hoofin It supports local businesses and allows attendees to explore a new culinary experience in the city they call home.”
