New Restaurant, “Humboldt” Farm • Fish • Wine To Open In Uptown

Denver’s Uptown neighborhood is about to become even more hip with the opening of Humboldt. The restaurant focuses on sustainable seafood and wine. Other big draws include seasonal salads, an oyster menu and natural steaks and burgers. The restaurant is slated to open this fall at 1700 Humboldt, combining history and modernism. The restaurant has an outdoor area as well as a private dining area.

Humboldt will offer free valet parking, daily lunch and dinner, weekend brunch and a daily happy hour between 3-6 p.m.
