Gluten-free, dairy-free and wheat-free, they accommodate a variety of dietary needs. In addition, all of the protein in Breeze Bars comes from whole nuts, whole seeds or NON-GMO roasted soy beans.  The company is even working towards NON-GMO certification with the NON-GMO Project
