Polar FT7 Heart Rate Monitor
Training with heart rate monitors make training more efficient and effective. Knowing targeted heart rate zones can not only help you push yourself but also to know the times to pull back the intensity train. Whether increased fitness and endurance or weight loss the Polar FT7 will make sure you stay in the sweet spot.
Here are three of my favorite features of the watch.
1. An alarm sounds every time your hear rate exceeds the upper or lower limit of your target zone. How helpful that you don’t have to constantly keep your eye on the zone!
2. The watch keeps track of average and maximum heart rate during total excercise time and also the time spent in your target zone.
3. The exercise diary stores prior workouts so you can keep track of progress, total training hours, total time in specific zones.
