Special September Events at SALT and Colterra Restaurants

SALT and Colterra Restaurants have many reasons to celebrate! September is National Mushroom Month and SALT bringing some of nature’s treasures to a special menu this month with menu items like the Try the mushroom risotto. When it comes to drinks, barrel aged cocktails are front and center. The Angels Envy Manhattan, Dancing Pines Gin Negroni, a Downslope Distillery Old Tom Gin Martinez and Black Walnut Manhattan.
Another fun offering is “Bring Your Own Vinyl Night” on September 17. Bring a record to play and you score a free “Cocktail Element” cocktail.
Down the road in Longmont, Coltera has a number of fun events planned this fall. If you’re a kitchen rookie or you want to learn from a pro, check out Colterra Chef’s cooking class on September 11. Chef Michael Drazsnzak will share expert tips on gnocchi making. The class is $35 per person and includes a complimentary glass of wine and tastings from the creations created.
Wine dinners are also held every third Thursday of the month. Come dine on September 19 for a cuisine and wines of Provence on the flower-filled patio. Jazz music enters the mix on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sunday.
