Punch In The Mouth Cocktail at Steubnen’s
When looking for inspiration to change up the Steuben’s Drink Menu for the summer, Bar Manager Ryan Layman didn’t have to go far. Nine new cocktailswere added to the Summer 2013 Menu, all of which were created by Steuben’s bartenders. “I have a really talented team, and allowing them to take charge of this menu change was a great opportunity to give them some ownership of our program.” says Layman. A patio hit already; Punch In The Mouth, from bartender, Sam Trojanovich; a light, summery cocktail featuring CapRock Gin, Leopold Brother’s Cranberry Liqueur, King’s Ginger Liqueur, mint and lime.
Another favorite summertime addition is a non-alcoholic option, The Panacea, brainchild of bartender Anna Kurchak, made up of muddled cucumber, housemade ginger syrup and fresh squeezed lime juice,topped with San Pellegrino Limonata (the addition of a bit of vodka or gin to this one is pretty great too). Regulars to Steuben’s will also notice five new beers and six new wines on the menu, making now a great time to come in and drink! Photos of the Punch In The Mouth and the Panacea are attached.
