Tentiko is bringing new experience to Denverites. On March 23, Chef Mark DeNittis will be teaching a class on how to make sausage. Participants will walk away with 4-5lbs of sausage.
If you’ve ever cringed while wondering what really goes into sausage, prepare to be taught a lesson. You’ll learn about the ratios, recipes, equipment and casings that go into making sausage. It’s an incredibly simple process when you see it done with locally and ethically sourced ingredients. During this class, you will learn to make 4 different types of sausage and you’ll be sent packing with plentiful samples to enjoy at home.
