We all know Sperry for its ubiquitous classic boat shoes that are synonymous with summer, but the brand also has an extensive selection of elevated footwear styles for any occasion. Here are a few of the latest shoes from the summer 2014 collection that I tested out:

Two of my favorite summer trends to wear are stripes and esparilles, and the Saylor Wedge ($98) combines both. This shoe is perfectly polished and perfect for summer lawn parties or nights out, featuring on-trend Breton stripes and woven leather details. It’s a 3.5 inch heel, but with a full length cushioned foam footbed the Saylor is comfortable enough to stand in for hours at a time. Staying true to Sperry’s roots, this wedge also has a Wave-Siping rubber outsole for advanced traction on wet and dry surfaces. No need to worry about slipping at the next pool party! I’d wear it with white capris or a sundress, it’s versatile enough to go both casual or dressy.

The Danica Espadrille ($60) is my absolute favorite shoe from Sperry’s summer 2014 collection. The flat espadrille has been a huge trend the past two summers, and I love Sperry’s take on the shoe, with options in strips, leopard print, neutrals and pops of color. The padded footbed means extra comfort, making these the perfect laid back, every day summer shoes.
