Penny Royal

Start your day in the Anderson Valley petting baby goats at the Pennyroyal Farmstead, a creamery that makes a variety of small batch goat cheeses. The newly opened tasting room offers guests a cheeseboard with flavors like the Velvety sisters, which has a creamy bold flavor, or opt for the Boontors Blue for a milder take. Afterwards, head over to the Mosswood Market where a locals craft shop is set up outside with vendors peddling everything from household items to jewelry. The Booneville General Store prepares breakfast and lunch items made from scratch and with 90 percent organic ingredients. Linger at sunset over at Goldeneye winery, a spot focused on Pinot Noirs. Take your tasting outdoors where lush gardens and a fountain are set against a stunning redwood backdrop.
