ALOHA!  You’re getting closer to paradise– the 1950’s Voodoo Island Tiki Ball is near!  Spend your Labor Day weekend in 1950’s Hawaii on August 31st at the 2nd annual Tiki Ball. Don’t forget your swimsuit, this event at the Millennium Harvest House Outdoor Pavilion and Pool on Boulder Creek is going to be one of the most unique and exciting events to hit Colorado. 

Dance the night away under the stars to a 9-piece Afro-Cuban orchestra–amidst a Tahitian oasis of bamboo huts, palm trees, giant smoke filled tikis, a waterfall and hula dancers.  Performances by Hawaiian Fire Dancers, Elvis on Ukelele and Mermaids also take the stage. Listen to live 40’s & 50’s Hawaiian swing music, 50’s surf music. Plus, there is even an authentic Polynesian BBQ, limbo contest and a group hula lesson.

After WWII many soldiers returned home with souvenirs from the South Pacific and this spurred a national explosion for all things Tiki and Polynesian!
