Fat Apple Cocktail at Edge at Four Seasons is Made with All Local Ingredients
A cocktail that is pure Colorado is now being served at Edge at the Four Seasons. Think Fat Tire Amber Ale, Stranahan’s whiskey and local honey sourced from Longmont CO. It’s all topped off with apples sourced from Ela Family Farms in Hotchkiss. Cheers to that!
Ingredients:
2 oz (60 ml) Fat Tire Amber Ale
2 oz (60 ml) Green Apple Infused Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey
1 oz (30 ml) Longmont Honey Simple Syrup
Macerated green apple garnish
Method:
1. Blend all ingredients in a tall glass.
2. Add ice and green apple garnish.
