Biking Through Colorado’s Wine Country With Tour De Vineyard

French like views set the stage for the 20th annual Tour De Vineyard in Palisade, Colorado. More than 800 people pedaled 25 miles to take in sights of different vineyards throughout Colorado’s wine country. For many, the ride was the prelude to Colorado Mountain Winefest where more than 4 dozen Colorado wineries showed off their harvest. The ride never feels stagnant taking bikers along rolling hills, up one much larger hill and longer stretches of road. Riders stopped at Carlson Vineyards at the halfway mark for palisade peaches and other fuel.
